Return of the Lotus

It was just before dusk the sun was setting, the leaves dancing. Through the dusty clouds in the distance, I witnessed the return.  The return of the lotus.  Dark turned hopeful the day the lotus returned.

The Temple Thief

If you want to know the secrets of the cosmos, the beginning, the end and the meaning of everything, I know of someone who can help you.  She goes by the name of Temple Thief.

Rocket Shiva

Don’t fear time, dance in the sky, red popsicle flames of fire, through twinkle firefly comets, there he is: the flying Rocket Shiva.

The Fallen Petal

I was told:  Every time a petal falls someone leaves us. Every time someone leaves us a sun rises. Every time a sun rises a flower blossoms.

Do you read me? 113.

It’s been 27 thousand years. Every day as the 9 moons rise, same time, same place, he sends her a message out of space: Do you read me? Do you read me? DO you read me? 113, it says.

Star Sisters

Separated at birth, exiled to the opposite ends of the cosmos. Never to be united, the star sisters made a vow to find each other.  The day they meet, I was told, we would all feel complete.

Belly Brother

He was a curry munching, dew hopping, speed loving, moonlight sipper.  Stole my gal, my ship and my dew drop reserves that round faced, stripe headed Big Belly Brother. I’ll get you one day you chutney loving, smooth talking, sprat pickler!!!

Listening Lily

I met a girl with a bright orange dress six blue ears. Hard to forget. “Wouldn’t it be nice to feel like a flowering papaya tree, blissful and content! Listen more and you’ll hear everything.”   She once said.

Weeping Lilly

The weeping orchid cries and cries and cries and cries. Nobody ever knows why the weeping orchid cries. By the edge of the garden, if you ever find the orchid don’t forget to tell him that. I want to know why the weeping orchid cries.
